A successful management professional for over 20 years, she understands the challenges that leaders and managers face with today’s multi-generational workforce.  With her diverse background ranging from healthcare to contract management, Lynne has served as a department director at hospitals in Massachusetts and Maine.  As a long-term adjunct faculty member of the University of New Hampshire and the University of Southern Maine, Lynne has become a well-known name in the field of supervisory and leadership training and she is an invaluable to emerging and seasoned leaders.

High-energy, and high-content workshops are the standard for Lynne. As someone who has been a leader and manager, she has drawn upon first-hand experience to develop the steps to leadership and management success.
